After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, our team will process your refund.

Processing time: please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item for our team to inspect and process the return.

Refund timeline (after we process the return):

- Credit card refunds: 7-10 business days for VITURE to process the refund, plus an additional 2-5 business days for your bank to post the credit to your statement.

- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after we process the refund.

- Gift card purchases: refunded to the original gift card balance.
