Return Eligibility:- All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.- Product is in good condition (light use for evaluation is acceptable, but no significant wear, scratches, or damage).- All original accessories must be included (USB-C cable, microfiber cloth, nose pad inserts, documentation, etc.).- Original packaging is preferred. If unavailable, please use equivalent protective packaging. Not Eligible:- Physical damage (drops, bends, cracks), liquid damage, or damage from misuse.- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.- Customized products, including prescription lens inserts. These are made to your specific requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged.- Items showing heavy use or signs of tampering. How to Start a Return:1.
