We hope you're happy with your VITURE products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery for a refund.


Return Eligibility:

- All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Product is in good condition (light use for evaluation is acceptable, but no significant wear, scratches, or damage).

- All original accessories must be included (USB-C cable, microfiber cloth, nose pad inserts, documentation, etc.).

- Original packaging is preferred. If unavailable, please use equivalent protective packaging.


Not Eligible:

- Physical damage (drops, bends, cracks), liquid damage, or damage from misuse.

- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.

- Customized products, including prescription lens inserts. These are made to your specific requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Items showing heavy use or signs of tampering.


How to Start a Return:

1. Email [email protected] with subject line: Return Request - Order #[your order number].

2. Include your reason for return and photos of the product's current condition (strongly recommended).

3. Our team will review your submission and respond within 1-2 business days. If approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a return shipping address.

4. Pack the product securely and ship it back using a trackable courier service. Retain your tracking number.

5. Once received and inspected, our team will confirm the outcome and communicate next steps within 7-10 business days.


Return Shipping & Fees:

Return shipping costs and a return handling fee may apply depending on the reason for return. Our team will confirm any applicable fees when processing your return request. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
