Please note that warranty services are only available for products purchased directly from VITURE’s official store (e.g., our official website or authorized channels).
We do not provide warranty, return, or exchange services for products purchased through third-party platforms or individual resellers. If your product was purchased through an unauthorized seller or secondhand, please be aware that we are unable to provide any support or claims assistance.
Your VITURE XR Glasses, Neckband, and accessories are protected by a 365-day warranty (beginning at the date of receipt) which covers defects and malfunctions as a result of materials and manufacture. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage as a result of drops, exposure to liquids, or other forms of misuse or mishandling.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. If possible, include photos.
Please allow up to seven (7) days for us to review your claim, after which we will inform you if and how the issue will be resolved.
